Will it work with my phone case?
In most cases, yes. If your case is MagSafe-compatible (or has a built-in magnetic ring), the Snap N Go will align and charge exactly like it does on a bare phone. Thicker rugged cases or non-magnetic cases can weaken the hold slightly, but for the vast majority of slim and silicone cases, you won't notice a difference.
Does it work with my phone?
Yes — the Snap N Go is built around the Qi2 wireless standard, so it reliably charges any Qi-enabled phone, iPhone or Android. You don't need to worry about brand compatibility — if your phone charges wirelessly, this works with it.
Will it slow down or damage my battery?
No. The Snap N Go follows the same safety standards as any certified wireless charger — overheat protection, overcharge protection, and foreign object detection are all built in, and we've stress-tested it well past normal daily use. Used normally, it's no harder on your battery than charging with a cable.
Will it stay attached?
Yes — the N52-grade magnets are noticeably stronger than what you'll find in most magnetic chargers, and we've tested them through dancing, transit, and being tossed around in a bag. We know dropping your phone is the worst feeling, so we built this to hold on properly, not just for show.
Can I bring it on a plane?
Yes. At under 7mm and within standard airline power bank limits, it's carry-on approved on every major airline. No need to declare it separately.
How fast does it charge?
Quickly. At 10W, your phone climbs from a low battery to a comfortable level in well under an hour — fast enough that you're not stuck waiting around. The Snap N Go itself also tops up fast over USB-C, so you're rarely without power for long.
